The optional Max mode that generates your daily image and caption automatically and delivers them to Telegram.
Autopilot is a Max benefit. It generates an image and caption at a time you choose and sends them to Telegram, without you starting anything.
It is off by default
Autopilot stays off until you give consent and turn it on. It is opt-in, not a default behaviour of the Max plan.
Once on, you can pause it, resume it, or turn it off at any time. It has its own delivery time, separate from your morning and evening reminders.
How it works
At your Autopilot time, Smith uses your current main selfie to generate an image and caption, then delivers both to Telegram.
If you change your main selfie, Autopilot uses the new one from then on.
Limits
- One generation per local day
- 30 generations per billing cycle
- Each generation costs 4 Credits, from the same balance as manual work
Refill packs do not raise the 30-per-cycle ceiling. See Credits and plans.
What it does not do
Autopilot does not post for you. It prepares the image and caption and delivers them; you still review and publish yourself.
Requirements
- Max plan
- A current main selfie
- Telegram connected — see Smith on Telegram
- Enough Credits
- An Autopilot delivery time set
If any of these is missing, Autopilot tells you which one is blocking it.
